Asia Pacific Graduate Program 은 각 아시아 지역에 있는 젊은 인재들의 성장과 경력을 개발하며, 다양한 경험, 도전을 통해 하이네켄의 리더가 될 수 있도록 만들어진 프로그램입니다.

Asia Pacific Graduate Program 기간에는 4개의 Assignments 를 진행하며 총 2년으로 구성되어 있습니다.

훌륭한 성과를 거두신 후에는 하이네켄 관리자 레벨로서 여러분의 경력을 펼쳐나가실 것입니다. (Fast-track to Manager)

– 1st assignment (6 month) : HEINEKEN Korea Seoul Office 근무

– 2nd assignment (6 month) : HEINEKEN Asia Pacific 지역 Office 근무

– 3rd assignment (6 month) : HEINEKEN Asia Pacific 지역 Office 근무

– 4th assignment (6 month) : HEINEKEN Korea Seoul Office 근무 (Cross-functional role)

담당업무

– Brand Positioning, consumer insights and winning with brands framework

– Develop and execute brand initiatives through: strategic issue analysis, agency briefing and management, cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis, execution control and learnings for further improvement

– 초대졸 이상 신입 및 관련 경력 1년 이하이신 분

– 2종 보통이상의 운전면허 소지 및 운전 가능하신 분

– 성실함, 책임감 및 업무에 대한 열정이 강하며 대인친화력이 뛰어난 분

– 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 우수하신 분

[업무내용]

◆New Business

– Capitalises on relationship with existing customers to obtain and collect competitor strategy and sales data (promotions, volume, price)

– Analyses and tracks the local area market data to identify trends and opportunities for driving volume growth through a combination of penetration and portfolio approach

– Leads and participates in negotiations with (potential) customers, prepares proposal for contracts within guidelines

◆Promotions

– Executes presentations and promotions for (potential) customers, advise customers on presentation/visibility of products and promotional materials.

◆Promotions

– Strengthens and maintains relationship with new and existing customers, monitors development and performance of the accounts, with a focus on developing Priority & Key outlets

– Drives performance by consistently identifying opportunities for growth, actively builds business partnerships by advising customers on opportunities, recommended presentation/visibility of products to deliver Excellent Outlet Execution in each account

– Client-focused day-to-day management of client accounts, acts as an avenue of communication for Key accounts within the respective area

◆Systems and Tools

– Uses systems and tools to enable day-to-day performance, effective reporting and data tracking in order to support customers and the business

– 근무형태: 1년 계약직 (정규직 전환 :High Performance result or Internal Vacancy 발생시)

– 근무시간 : On Trade 13:00 – 22:00
