동아시아내 위기관리의 전문화를 촉진하며

고려대학교 국제학과는 다양한 사회정치. 경제적인 관점들을 결합하여 국제 관계를 분석, 평가 할 수 있는 전문가들을 교육 및 훈련 시키는 것에 목적을 두어 현재 다음과 같은 주제들에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

2011년 3월 11일 발생한 동일본 대지진과 이로 말미암은 후쿠시마 원전사고는 자연재해와 원자력(핵)이 가지는 위험성은 국경을 넘어선 심각한 영향을 가진다는것을 입증했습니다. 또한 같은 맥락으로 한 국가의 통화 혹은 안보 위기가 국경을 넘어선 위기를 초래할 수 있기 때문에 지역내, 그리고 지역간의 공동협력이 필요합니다. 하지만 국경을 넘나드는 위기를 분석, 관리에 대한 전문인력은 불행히도 부족한 것이 현실입니다.

캠퍼스 아시아 프로젝트는 한국의 고려대학교, 중국의 푸단대학교, 일본의 고베대학교 간의 협동 프레임을 설치함으로써 대학원의 우수한 인재들을 국제적 문제들을 다룰 수 있는 위기 관리 전문가로 양성하는 것에 목적을 두고 있습니다. 이 프로젝트는 각 국가별, 국제적 상황에 있어서 정치, 경제, 사회 문제들에 관한 상급 지식과 기술을 가진 전문가들을 함양하는 것 또한 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 프로그램을 통하여 학생들은 국제 협력과 개발에 맞는 다각적인 배경을 지닌 기술도 얻게 될 것입니다. 이 프로그램은 한중일 교육부의 지원을 받습니다.

캠퍼스 아시아 프로그램을 통하여 각 학교의 학생들은 위기 분석과 관리에 관련하여 복수학위를 취득 할 수 있습니다. 프로젝트의 소기 목적의 달성을 위하여 캠퍼스 아시아 협력단은 위기 분석 및 관리의 교육을 위한 인적 자원의 요건의 부합성을 달성하기 위하여 현 커리큘럼을 검토 할 것이며 다른 인턴십 기관들을 포함하여 네트워크를 넓혀 갈 예정입니다.

Course and Graduation Requirements of the MA Program in Public Management at Fudan University

1. For students to get the MPM degree at Fudan, they have to get at least 30 course credits and

pass the thesis defense.

2. Credit transfer for double degree students from KOREA University

2.1. The maximum number of credit transfer is 10.

2.2. For basic courses, China issues and governance, specialty courses, and Chinese language

courses, credit transfer is only possible for equivalent courses agreed upon by the partner

institutions.

2.3. For elective courses, credit transfer does not require equivalence between the courses.
